av andre bygg enn boligbygg - herunder garasjer - når de skal brukes
til felles formål for leietakerne, eller når utleie av lokale i slike
bygg skal skje i sammenheng med stiftelsens øvrige virksomhet.
Erverve tomteområder, planlegge, bygge og drive boliger for eldre samt
øvrig virksomhet i tilknytning til dette, f.eks. senterfunksjoner.
