I drift
Oppføre og drive eldreboligsenteret Olav Tryggvas-
sonsvei 4, og hva hermed står i forbindelse.
Eldreboligsenteret skal drives som en enhet, men
den enkelte deltager skal ha eksklusiv bruksrett
til en nærmere angitt bolig samt bruksrett til
anleggets fellesarealer/fellesfasiliteter etter
vedtekter som skal utarbeides særskilt.
Videre er det selskapets formål å sikre del-
tagernes felles interesser, ivaretagelse av
fellesanlegg, og alle andre forhold som innad og
utad gjelder Olav Trygvassonsvei 4's drift og ut-
vikling.
