Selvstendig kommersielt formål med mål om årlig vekst og langsiktig
avkastning. Selskapets hovedvirksomhet skal bestå av eierskap i og
bistand til dets registrerte datterselskaper, som har som virksomhet å
kjøpe, utvikle, markedsføre, selge og produsere malingsprodukter i det
internasjonale markedet. Gjennom denne virksomheten skal selskapet
sikre verdiskapning som kan benyttes til reinvestering i
datterselskaper eller til utbytte for selskapets aksjonærer. Ved en
eventuell oppløsning av selskapet, skal selskapets nettoformue, etter
at all gjeld er betalt, fordeles mellom aksjonærene i henhold til
deres aksjeandel. Gjøco International AS, skal operere utenfor Europa
regionen.
