Fremstå som avtalepart overfor Bærum kommune i
henhold til avtale om kjøp og leie av havnene for
de nevnte båtforeninger.
Være juridisk og økonomisk ansvarlig for oppfyl-
lelse av avtalen med Bærum Kommune så lenge den
gjelder. I tilfelle tvister med Bærum Kommune,
vil FBB være part på vegne av en eller flere av
båtforeningene.
FBB har ikke som formål å ha driftsansvar, verken
økonomisk eller praktisk, for den enkelte båthavn.
